Before mass production begins, we conduct a “Technical Review and Engineering Drawings” phase, where our specialists assess the technical feasibility of original designs at the factory level to identify potential issues early. We then proceed with sample production and approval to ensure the final product matches design expectations, avoiding mismatches between expectation and reality.

 The timeline depends on project complexity. Our standard workflow includes: Initial Communication → Technical Review → Final Design and Sample Production → Sample Review and Contract Confirmation → Mass Production → Logistics Planning → Final Quality Inspection and Shipment. We provide estimated timelines for sample production during the technical review phase and weekly progress updates during production.

We implement multi-stage quality control:
① Technical review to assess production feasibility;
② Sample approval to ensure accurate design implementation;
③ Weekly progress monitoring during mass production;
④ Final quality inspection (FQI) before shipment. A dedicated project manager follows each order from start to finish to ensure quality standards are met.
